The bottle rinser is designed to rinse the inside of new bottles before filling them, thus preventing water droplets from forming on the outside of the bottles.

The bottle rinser is an ideal solution for easily maintaining hygiene standards. The operator manually places the bottles upside down in one of the 20 positions on the machine’s central plate. The plate rotates step by step.
First, a rinsing nozzle sprays water inside the bottle. Then, the table begins to rotate, allowing the water to drain along with the residue that needs to be removed.
The water jet is operated by the bottle itself (no bottle – no spray) and can be adjusted as needed, depending on different bottle specifications.
Draining time is approximately 10 seconds. This includes the time it takes for the bottle to rotate once before the operator can remove it.
- The machine requires manual loading and unloading of bottles.

- The water is filtered using a 0.35 μm filter cartridge, supplied with the machine.
